Gisagara VC have lifted the disciplinary suspension imposed on star middle blocker Ronald Muvara after he apologised for misconduct.

Muvara and teammate Cedrick Ngaboyintwari were handed three-month suspensions in June after withdrawing from the squad that was scheduled to face Police VC in the quarter-finals of the 2026 Genocide Memorial Tournament.

Their absence forced Gisagara to forfeit the match, ending the club’s campaign in the competition.
