Niba ushaka kubungabunga ubwonko bwawe uko ugenda ukura, reka aya makosa icyenda

Wigeze wifuza ko ubwenge bwawe bukomeza kuba butyaye nk’uko bwari bumeze ukiri muto?

Tekereza ku buzima aho uko imyaka yiyongera, wongera ubwenge kandi ugakomeza kugira ubushobozi bwo gutekereza neza.

Ukuri ni uko gukomeza kugira ubwenge bukomeye kandi buhamye bitarimo gusa gukina imikino ityaza ubwenge (puzzles mu ndimi z’amahanga), cyangwa gusoma ibitabo, buri munsi. Bisaba kandi kureka imyitwarire imwe n’imwe yihishe ishobora kwangiza ubushobozi bwawe bwo gutekereza neza no gushyira ibintu mu buryo.

  • Kwibuka
  • Gukemura ibibazo
  • Kumenya aho ibintu biri no kubitekerezaho (spatial reasoning)

Tekereza, ni ryari uheruka kwibuka nimero ya telefone? Cyangwa ukagenda ahantu utifashishije GPS? Ikoranabuhanga ni ryiza, ariko kuryishingikirizaho buri gihe bishobora kugabanya ubushobozi bwawe bwo gutekereza neza.

2) Kudakora imyitozo ngororamubiri

Umwanditsikazi w’ umwongereza, Eliza Hartley yanditse agira ati :

Yakomeje agira ati:

Ubushakashatsi nabwo bwemeza ko imyitozo ngororamubiri iteza imbere ubushobozi bwo gutekereza no kwibuka, igatuma amaraso agera mu bwonko kandi ikongera ubushobozi bw’uturemangingo tw’ ubwonko gukura.

3) Kurya isukari nyinshi

Ni kenshi iyo twumva dufite umunaniro cyangwa umubabaro, duhita dushaka ikintu cy’isukari. Gusa, uyu muco ushobora kugira ingaruka mbi ku bwonko igihe kirekire.

Kurya isukari nyinshi bifitanye isano n’ibibazo byinshi birimo umubyibuho ukabije no kurwara umutima.

Ariko se wari uzi ko bishobora no kwangiza ubwonko bwawe?

Ubushakashatsi bwerekanye ko kurya isukari nyinshi bifitanye isano n’ imikorere mibi y’ubwonko, harimo kwibagirwa, no kugira ibibazo byo kwiga.

4) Kudasinzira neza

Gusinzira neza ni ngombwa cyane mu kugumana ubwenge butyaye uko ugenda ukura.

Mu gihe dusinziriye, ni bwo ubwonko bwacu bukoreshwa mu gutunganya no kwibuka ibyo twanyuzemo mu munsi wose.

Kudasinzira bihagije bituma ubwonko budafata umwanya uhagije wo gukora iki gikorwa cy’ingenzi.

Byongeye kandi, kutaruka bihagije kw’igihe kirekire bishobora gutera indwara z’imitekerereze nk’agahinda gakabije cyangwa kwiheba.

Bishobora no gutera igabanuka ry’ubushobozi bwo gutekereza, bigatuma bigorana gushyira umutima ku bintu cyangwa gufata ibyemezo.

5) Kubaho mu mateka

Guhora utekerereza ku byahise bishobora kuba inzitizi ikomeye ku bushobozi bwo gutekereza neza uko ugenda ukura.

Guhora wibuka ibyabaye cyane cyane ibibi, bishobora guteza umunaniro uhoraho no kwiheba.

Ibi kandi bikubuza kwibanda ku byo uri kunyuramo ubu, kandi ni ingenzi cyane mu kubungabunga ubuzima bw’imitekerereze.

Aho guta igihe mu gutekereza ku byahise, gerageza kwibanda ku byo uri kunyuramo ubu. Fata umwanya ukore ibikorwa bituma ubwenge bwawe bukomeza gukora neza muri iki gihe, nko:

  • Gusoma ibitabo
  • Gukemura ibibazo
  • Kuganira n’abandi

Kubaho mu gihe cya none, no gukora ibikorwa biguha imbaraga bituma ubwonko bwawe bukomeza kugumana ubushobozi bwo gutekereza neza no kwihuta uko ugenda ukura.

6) Kwiheza

Abantu ni ibiremwa bifite umwihariko wo gusabana n’abandi. Ubwonko bwacu bukenera guhura n’abandi kugira ngo bukomeze gukora neza.

Iyo twiheje, twiyima amahirwe yo gukomeza kugumana ubushobozi bwo gutekereza neza.

Ibiganiro bituma dutekereza, tugira impuhwe, kandi dusubiza neza. Ibikorwa by’imibanire bidufasha kuguma dutekanye kandi tumeze neza.

Uko tugenda dukura, birashoboka ko inshuti zacu zigenda zigabanuka. Bamwe barimuka, abandi barabura, kandi bishobora kugorana kugira inshuti nshya.

Ariko jya wibuka ko kumenyana n’abantu bashya cyangwa gusubira mu mubano wa kera ntarirarega, birashoboka.

Gerageza kuvugisha umuntu mudaherutse kuvugana. Gerageza kujya  mu itsinda cyangwa umuryango muhuje indangagaciro cyangwa imibereho.

7) Kutagerageza ibintu bishya

Ushobora kuba uri umuntu ukunda gukora ibintu bimwe buri gihe. Imyitwarire isanzwe ituma wumva utekanye kandi utuje.

Ariko kuguma mu mico imwe gusa bishobora gutuma ubwonko bwawe bugwingira.

Uko ugenda ukura, wari ukwiriye kwimenyereza kugerageza ibintu bishya, ni ingenzi cyane.

Ibikorwa bishya bikangura ubwonko bigatuma bukora cyane, nko:

  • Kugerageza gutegura amafunguro mashya ndetse no mu buryo bushya
  • Kwiga ururimi rushya
  • Guhindura inzira wajyaga unkunda kunyuramo

Ibi bikorwa bishya bituma habaho gukura k’uturemangingo tw’ubwonko no gukomera kw’imikoranire yabyo. Ibi birakenewe cyane mu kubungabunga ubuzima bw’imitekerereze uko ugenda ukura.

8) Kwirengagiza ibibazo by’ubuzima bwo mu mutwe

Ubuzima bwo mu mutwe ni ingenzi nk’ubuzima bw’umubiri mu kubungabunga imitekerereze mizima uko ugenda ukura.

Kwirengagiza ibimenyetso by’ibibazo by’ imitekerereze, nk’ agahinda gakabije  cyangwa guhangayika no kwiheba, bishobora kugira ingaruka zikomeye ku buzima bwo mu mutwe. Ibi bibazo, bishobora kugira ingaruka ku kwibuka, gushyira umutima ku bintu, no gufata ibyemezo.

Igihe wumva ufite agahinda kadashira, guhangayika, cyangwa ubwigunge, ni ngombwa gushaka ubufasha. Nta kosa riri mu kugana inzobere mu by’ubuzima bw’ imitekerereze. Bazaguha ibikoresho n’ubufasha bikenewe mu guhangana n’ibi bibazo neza.

9) Kunanirwa kwiyungura ubumenyi bushya mu buryo buhoraho

Intwaro ikomeye yagufasha gukomeza kugira ubwenge butyaye uko ugenda ukura, ni ukwiga ibintu bishyashya mu buzima bwawe bwa buri munsi

Ntuzigere uhagarika kwiga. Komeza gukoresha no kwagura imitekerereze yawe, nko:

  • Kwiga umwuga mushya
  • Gusoma igitabo ku ngingo utari isanzwe uzi
  • Kwiga imibereho yo mu gace utuyemo

Kwiga bihoraho ubwonko bukomeza gukora neza, bigatuma bugira imbaraga zihoraho. Ibi bishobora kugabanya kugabanuka kw’ubushobozi bwo gutekereza ndetse no kugabanya ibyago byo kurwara indwara zo kwibagirwa nka Dementia (mu rurimi rw’amahanga).

Ibyo kuzirikanwa: byose bitangirira ku mahitamo no mu gufata icyemezo

Kureka iyi myitwarire, bimeze nko gukuraho igihu ku muryango w’ubwonko bwawe, biguha icyerekezo cyiza kandi gisobanutse ku bushobozi bwawe nyabwo.

Reka habeho ubuzima bwo kugira ubwenge bwagutse kandi bukomeza gukura ubwenge burushaho kuba butyaye kandi bwiyungura ibintu bishya uko ibihe bishira.
